NOAH ERP’s BASIC LICENSE

It provides a task manager and some miscellaneous system tools. It allows registering tasks, with description and date, and establishing which user is responsible for the task and which users can access it. It allows the user to configure the species to work, so that the application automatically filters the information to show only the data of the species selected by the user.

FILES
Noah provides the user with connection to a file manager associated with each information element. For example, an adhesion corresponding to a particular plant genetic material has a Files subsection in which the user can store any file associated with the adhesion. The files can be edited from Noah, asking to confirm to the user if he wants to save the changes. Noah has a version control system, so that the user can recover previous versions of the files. It is dedicated to the management of the characteristics of plant material. The user can create, modify or search accessions stored in the system. The search engine is similar to search engine accessions of any type of data managed by the system. It consists of a set of forms that allow users to configure their search filters. Each form contains the characteristics of any of the types of data managed by the system: accessions, varieties, names, taxa, packages, characterization, etc. The user can add the filters by establishing their behavior (intersection, union, subtraction) and can also group filters to form complex searches.

CHARACTERIZATION
Show and edit the characteristics of the accession. This subsection allows you to select which characters you want to see or evaluate, among all the characters that are configured in the system for each species. The characterization has a historical value with which you can check the evolution of a data.

PACKAGES
It helps to manage the information of different containers, containers or sacks in which the seeds are conserved. EXTRACTIONS

The data collection form can be exported or imported from Excel-type spreadsheets.

CHARACTERIZATION EDITOR

In the case of the characters that take qualitative values, the user can establish the crossing rules, indicating which values ​​are dominant, co-dominant or recessive. CROSS MANAGEMENT

LIST
In the first subsection the user can see the information and the status of the various variety tests managed by the organization.

TEST
The user can edit the general data of the test: gender, species, subspecies, station, cycle and target state.

VARIETIES
The user can choose which plant genetic material and which denomination will participate in the trial through the Variety sub-section. It also allows to establish how much seed will be sent to each client. And select the packages from which the seeds will be extracted and determine how much seed will be extracted from each package. The list informs the user of what percentage of seed is extracted in relation to what should be sent to the customer.

CUSTOMERS
The user adds the clients that will participate in the trial and chooses which varieties will be evaluated in each client.

CHARACTERIZATION

The user can choose to evaluate varieties in different clients and the characteristics to be registered from those available for the species that is being evaluated in the trial.

DATA
The user can save the phenotypic characteristics observed in the trial. Noah saves a set of values ​​for each characteristic, and each value will be associated with the day it was taken. This subsection allows you to import and export data using spreadsheets, to allow data collection in offline environments.

This section provides the functionality to manage all the information generated in the process of seed production carried out by an organization.

LIST OF ORDERS
This subsection is a list of hybrid production requests registered by users. In the list you can see the author of the application, the adhesion to be produced, the status of the order, the application code, the quantity of seeds requested to produce, and selected and blocked the seeds of the entries.

ORDER
